Although there are no exact statistics on this issue and the number of employed women or entrepreneurs is still much lower than men, even a quick glance shows that women pay more attention to the human dimension and are more tending to start jobs and manage jobs. They are entrepreneurs in areas that have more general consequences and are more committed to environmental commitments in expanding their business.   Perhaps this shows that working for women is more about helping to live better on a planet on which our collective life depends than on material gain.

Naming a day in the world calendar for women based on a labor event is perhaps more than a sign of what a sensitive, important, and influential position are in the workplace of women.

Before labor movements formed and demanded their wages and privileges, female labor was a means of subsistence for the family and adding to its income besides everyday housework that was never shut down or visible. Or, finally, the efforts of women who had to turn the wheel of life and their children alone.

After that, the issue of women’s work was always accompanied by different interpretations; For example, what role does it play in women’s identity and independence? Women who have jobs outside the home and separate incomes seem to find a better place in family relationships, or at least less vulnerable to oppressive pressures, and can change their position and overcome the limitations. On the other hand, the extent to which women work contrasts with their defined roles in the home and family has also been a pervasive discussion.

But now it’s time to look at the issue of women’s work from another angle, whether the presence of women in their businesses or entrepreneurship has added a new dimension to the old story.

The presence of women in various occupations now shows us another interesting part rather than asserting their right to self-employment, equal rights, and opportunities for advancement and growth. The presence of women affects jobs and creates new workspaces.

It is now clear that the presence of women in various political positions has created a different form of management and tact. Women are more proactive in creating businesses that are sensitive to environmental issues, creating a more pleasant combination of expertise and responsibility in a variety of jobs.

An overview of businesses, especially in developing countries, shows that most of the entrepreneurship done by women is to create an environment for human growth and development. Individual and collective interests are intertwined, and the presence of women in the cultural and artistic spheres is significant.

Women in in the field of entrepreneurship are more looking for jobs that facilitate the emergence of human abilities and creativity and are looking for long-term achievements.

The presence of women in the workplace in recent years has changed the experience of working and creating jobs. It adds the feminine spirit that is essential for an empathetic gaze and a healthy, sustainable living on earth.

What needs to be researched and looked at is the cultural and tacit knowledge that has been created, preserved, and transmitted by women throughout history and even before history. The knowledge that domesticated the wild animal, raised plants, laid the foundations of culture and civilization, and sought to perpetuate it. It is time to pull out this cultural base, both in writing and orally, when more than ever is necessary to control the invasion of human beings to nature with motherly hands from old boxes and new laboratories and universities “Thought, method, tools and culture “. Climate change is a major challenge that human beings must use to the full potential of the world’s cultures, and in the meantime, nursing and treatment, resource management and finding participatory solutions, which is one of the ancient arts of women, is of great importance. A nurse and a mother who can address the child decisively, like Shirin in “Khosrow and Shirin”, drive a horse and shoot, and nurse life for all living beings.

Perhaps VINESH can play a role as one of the manifestations of this perspective.
